DELIVERY & RETURN

SHIPPING

Most items are dispatched from us within 1 business day of receiving your order, Saturday to Thursday (except public holidays).
Please expect delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions and property access for delivery.
Once you order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. For shipment updates please use the tracking link provided.
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

  • Shipping within the United Arab Emirates is FREE.
  • Shipping outside the United Arab Emirates within the Middle East is AED50.
  • Shipping to the rest of the World is AED150.

Within the UAE you can expect to receive your order within 2 working days.

If your order is urgent please WhatsApp us on +971 55 9891617 and we will do our best to arrange for expedited shipping. This may incur extra charges, which we will inform you of before processing your order.

International shipments are shipped via International courier. Estimated delivery after pick up is 5-7 working days, depending on your countries internal postal service.

Canella Hostal is not liable or responsible for any import taxes or customs due on your order. Rejected packages will not be re-accepted by Canella Hostal or refunded.  Please check with your local government before ordering on what taxes or fees you might be liable for.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are absolutely positive that you will be completely in LOVE with your purchased products, however, Canella Hostal accepts the return of items purchased through its website.

Returns on our full priced products will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused and returned via courier within 15 days of your delivery. Sale items are non-refundable.

Canella Hostal reserves the right to limit or refuse the acceptance of return of products that show signs of use of wear.

Refund policy

If you are not happy with the item you have purchased we will refund you for your item. Just deliver it back to us in the same state and same packaging as we sent it to you.

Processing Fee

For domestic orders, all returns will have a AED25 processing fee deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping. For international orders, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable

Shipping charges

The shipping charges on your first initial order are not refundable. Items for return must be shipped back to Canella Hostal in Dubai, UAE at the customers expense. We recommend using tracked shipping methods as Canella Hostal is not responsible for lost items.
